In 1992 my agent in Japan closed his business - and I was awarded an Arts Council grant to study Maiolica techniques in Italy and Turkey. I discovered new glazes and new methods.

These platters were packed away in 1993 and have not been seen until unpacked in 2021. They are all now available for sale.
